Conti Faina Classic Wine Tour

Guided tour of the historic cellar below the Castle of Collelungo, and final tasting of two Conti Faina wines.

Zeffirino Wine Tour  

Guided tour of the historic Cantina Conti Faina obtained from the excavation of the rock below the Castle of Collelungo   (13th century) and which was founded by Count Zeffirino in 1876 based on the French model.   Today the company still partially exploits the technologies introduced by its founder in the 19th century. Here the wines Montione Bianco, Maltempo, “1883” Pinot Nero, sparkling wine  Senatore Zeffirino,  il Macchia della Torre and Villa Murelli._cc781 come to life 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

The visit develops in the 3 different galleries of the winery, each characterized by different temperatures and environments to allow the different processes of winemaking and aging in a natural way and

ends with a lunch or dinner tasting with typical Umbrian products accompanied by Conti Faina wines at a restaurant with which we collaborate.

Hospitality - Eno Wine Tours

Stay at our farmhouse, breakfast, visit and wine tasting  in combination with a selection of zero-km products from both our farm, such as bruschetta with Rocchio extra virgin olive oil Alto, both from other companies in the area.

Medieval or Modern Dinner in the Cellar

The gallery on the second level of the Cellar is the ideal setting for a Medieval Dinner.

In the light of the torches you will be accompanied inside the medieval castle where the cellar is developed, welcomed by jesters, drummers, dancers and characters in medieval clothes, you will be able to relive scenes from other times in a surreal atmosphere. In collaboration with the “Amici di Rotecastello” Medieval Historical Group.

Or even a simple modern dinner to celebrate an event, a birthday or a company meeting.

Schools Project: Cellar and Oil Mill

The School Project was born from the idea of introducing students to our company and making them participate in the various production processes of the activities carried out in our land with reference also to the age of the students and to school needs.

The Grape Harvest and the Olive Harvest are the best times to visit the Cellar and the Oil Mill to children of various ages who will visit the whole company from the land to the various stages of production of oil and wine, accompanied by professionals of the sector. The visit to the winery and the oil mill become real WORKSHOPS.
