Our services :
Breakfast for those staying in the rooms. On request and with a small supplement it is also possible for those staying in the apartments.
Free Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the building and near the swimming pool.
Always tidy rooms and weekly cleaning in the apartments included. The cleaning of the
rooms in the apartments unless otherwise agreed. A ll our apartments provide the linens for beds, bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchens are all equipped.
Pets allowed on a farm as long as they do not climb on beds and sofas.
Swimming pool open from May to September. Bath towels available on request.
Booking and cancellation policy:
At the time of booking we require a deposit of 30% of the entire stay.
The balance must be paid on arrival. We accept credit cards from the Mastercard and Visa circuit.
up to 30 days before the arrival date,
the confirmation deposit received will be refunded in full and no penalty will be applied;
from 30 days to 15 days before the arrival date,
the deposit will not be refunded and no penalty will be applied;
from 15 days to 2 days before the arrival date,
the deposit will not be refunded and we reserve the right to withhold a penalty of up to 50% of the entire booked stay;
from 2 days before the arrival date,
the deposit will not be refunded and we reserve the right to withhold a penalty up to 100% of the entire booked stay.
Any reductions in the length of stay are considered cancellations.
In case of no show or early departure, the deposit will not be refunded and we reserve the right to withhold a penalty up to 100% of the entire booked stay.
Our reception rules:
1. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 8.30 am to 10 am After this time it is no longer available.
2. The apartments and rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am.
3. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodations.
4. Pets are allowed in the accommodation unless otherwise agreed and provided they do not climb on beds and sofas.
5. Please do not use bathroom sponges as a pool towel or for removing make-up or cleaning shoes.
6. With the entry and the continuation of the stay, the occupant tacitly accepts having found the accommodation intact both in the furnishings and in the equipment. Therefore, should damage be found in general after the guest has entered, the costs of restoring the damage will be charged without delay to the occupant, without the latter being able to provide any justification.
7. Minors and pets are under the direct responsibility of those who accompany them. Any damage and / or deterioration caused by guests to the farm equipment is borne by the guests themselves; guests are obliged to communicate it to the manager who has the right to ask for any amount of damage;
8. No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or damage of objects owned by guests left in the room or in the common areas.
9. Cleaning and linen change. The cleaning of the rooms is daily. The cleaning of the rooms in the apartments is not foreseen unless otherwise agreed. The change of towels takes place every three days, while the change of sheets is weekly. If necessary, extra linen supplies can be requested for a fee.
10. Use of the kitchenette: at the end of the stay, guests must first clean it. Or with a supplement of 15.00 euros you can request total cleaning by the farm.
11. Separate collection is mandatory and must be carried out by separating: wet waste, paper, glass, plastic, cans, unsorted. Ask the reception where they can be thrown.
12. The keys delivered at the beginning of the stay are in the custody of the guests, who will undertake to keep them with care. In case of loss of the same will be imposed a penalty for the change of locks in the amount of 25.00 Euro.
13. It is not allowed to stay overnight unregistered persons without authorization. It is forbidden to bring outside anything that is in the apartments, bedrooms, bathrooms or, in any case, in the internal rooms available to guests, without authorization
